About the Shree Gold Plus Plan
Shree Gold Plus (SGP) is a savings plan in which the customer deposits a fixed amount every month and can purchase gold jewellery at maturity, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
KYC Documents
Customer ko plan join karne ke liye valid KYC documents dena zaroori hai.
Monthly Deposit
Har mahine minimum ₹1,000 ya usse zyada amount deposit karna mandatory hai.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payment sirf following methods se accept hoga:
Plan Duration
Plan ki total duration 11 months hai.
Maturity Benefit
Agar customer 11 months tak regular payment karta hai, toh 12th month mein special benefit milega (as per store policy).
No Interest
Deposit amount par koi interest nahi milega.
Missed Monthly Payment
Agar kisi mahine payment miss hota hai, toh:
- Plan ka benefit cancel ho sakta hai.
- Maturity extend ho sakti hai, maximum 2 months tak.
Use of Maturity Amount
Maturity par total amount, benefit ke saath (agar applicable ho), sirf 22K gold jewellery purchase ke liye use hoga.
Redemption Restrictions
Yeh amount:
❌ Cash mein redeem nahi hoga.
❌ Gold coins/bars mein use nahi hoga.
✔ Sirf jewellery purchase ke liye valid hai.
Gold Rate
Gold rate wahi consider hoga jo maturity ke din ka applicable spot rate hoga.
Jewellery Purchase Period
Maturity ke baad 30 days ke andar jewellery purchase karna zaroori hai.
Making Charges & Wastage
Making charges aur wastage par koi discount nahi milega.
Plan Cancellation
Agar customer plan beech mein cancel karta hai:
Cancellation Settlement
Cancellation condition mein bhi customer ko wahi amount jewellery purchase mein use karna hoga.
Non-Transferable Plan
Plan kisi dusre person ko transfer nahi kiya ja sakta.
GST & Other Taxes
Purchase ke time GST aur other applicable taxes lagenge aur bill mein clearly mention kiye jayenge.
Right to Modify the Plan
Store ko plan mein changes, cancellation ya modification karne ka poora right hai.
Dispute Resolution
Kisi bhi dispute ki situation mein management ka decision final hoga.
Jurisdiction
Sabhi legal matters sirf Nagpur jurisdiction mein hi valid honge.
